Once we’ve found the right property, I handle all communication and negotiation with the selling agent. The goal: to secure your property at the best possible price and terms — without the emotional stress or pressure.
Due Diligence
Before you sign anything, I coordinate all inspections, reports, and contract reviews to ensure there are no hidden surprises. You’ll have clear insights into the property’s true condition and value before proceeding.
Settle
From offer acceptance through to settlement, I coordinate the process with your broker, settlement agent, and the seller’s team. You’ll always know what’s happening — and when it’s time to celebrate getting your keys.
